What’s Covered

Integrity Homes & Design provides a One-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for key components of your home. Coverage includes interior structural elements such as floors, walls, ceilings, plumbing, electrical systems, heating systems, doors, windows, cabinetry, and plumbing fixtures. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and begins on the date of closing.

How to Submit a Claim

If you believe a warranty-covered issue exists, please notify Integrity Homes & Design as soon as possible. Warranty inspections are conducted Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Homeowners may also request an optional End-of-Year Inspection, which must be scheduled within the final 30 days of the one-year warranty period.

Response Time

Once a warranty claim has been reviewed and approved, covered repairs will be completed at no cost to the homeowner. Repairs are typically addressed within ten (10) working days, unless weather conditions, material availability, or the nature of the repair require additional time.
